About Me

From a very early age, creativity and nature gave me a spring in my step and a fire in my belly. From painting to rock-pool paddling, dance to dam-building, every moment spent making or outdoors felt like a moment of aliveness. Whilst navigating chronic illness and challenging teen years, these threads supported my recovery and guided me towards the work I do today – threads I’m now committed to sharing with others.

Since completing a degree in Anthropology at the University of Sussex, I’ve woven artistry, facilitation, education and activism into a broad, interdisciplinary practice. Experiences with other cultures – from supporting indigenous protest and frontline struggles to learning from practices such as Japanese Aikido, Vietnamese Zen Buddhism, Keralan Kathakali and Polish laboratory theatre – have deepened my commitment to cultural renewal, social justice, storytelling, inclusion and creative responses to ecological collapse. My ongoing inquiry into how we honour cultures without perpetuating extractive or neo-colonial patterns has led me toward ways of being together that centre reciprocity, respect and belonging.

At the heart of all my work is a commitment to wonder: to mystery, curiosity and the belief that the edge of what I know is where others can teach me. I see all my offerings as collaborations – whether in the classroom, the arts centre or the conference hall – shaped by shared learning and collective imagination.

Much of my practice now gathers under dot dot dot: a new social enterprise supporting the emergence of creative, disobedient learning practices.
