About Me
From an early age, creativity and nature gave me a spring in my step and a fire in my belly. Painting, rock-pooling, dance or dam-building – every moment spent making or outdoors felt alive. During chronic illness and challenging teen years, these threads supported my recovery and now guide the work I share with others.
Since completing a degree in Anthropology at the University of Sussex, I’ve woven artistry, facilitation, education and activism into an interdisciplinary practice. Experiences with other cultures – from supporting indigenous struggles to learning Japanese Aikido, Vietnamese Zen, Keralan Kathakali and Polish laboratory theatre – have deepened my commitment to cultural renewal, social justice, storytelling, inclusion and creative responses to ecological collapse. My work explores how to honour cultures without perpetuating extractive or neo-colonial patterns, centring reciprocity, respect and belonging.
At the heart of all my work is wonder: curiosity, mystery, and the belief that the edge of what I know is where others can teach me. I see all my offerings as collaborations, shaped by shared learning and collective imagination.
Much of my practice now gathers under dot dot dot, a social enterprise supporting creative, disobedient learning practices. Follow the links to explore my work and offerings – I look forward to connecting!
