We are not meant to walk this life alone. Across cultures, people have long honoured life’s turning points together, yet in the UK many now face these thresholds without guidance or support.
I work with people navigating change – welcoming new life, moving through and beyond school, committing to love, or holding grief. These moments reshape identity, relationships and our sense of who we are becoming.
With over ten years’ experience as a coach and celebrant, I support individuals, families and communities to make meaning from life’s transitions. Through arts, mindfulness and nature-based practices, I co-create coaching packages and ceremonies that cultivate belonging, depth and beauty, helping us honour one another through life’s crossings.

Journey
My years at Embercombe equipped me with the skills to hold space for profound personal change, mentoring hundreds of young adults as they reflected on their past, navigated transitions and stepped toward their gifts and purpose. This work also taught me the power of ceremony – and the importance of marking significant moments with intention and beauty.
My sensibility for ceremony-making has been enriched by my arts background, studies in anthropology, and participation in symbolically rich cultural practices where ritual is vital to community and deeply honours the more-than-human. I’ve been part of groups celebrating the Celtic cross-quarter festivals, deepening my relationship to seasons, ritual and community.
I trained as a coach in 2015 with the MOE Certified Coach Training Course, and as a celebrant with Sue Gill and Gilly Adams of Dead Good Guides. I led my first wedding in 2017.
I am now developing new projects under the umbrella of dot dot dot, creating offerings that support learning through life transitions.
