Practice
Facilitation matters. When groups gather, something powerful becomes possible. Whether navigating complexity, nurturing trust or imagining new futures, people flourish when held with clarity, compassion and courage.
With 15 years’ experience across a wide range of groups and settings, I bring a warm, playful and heart-led approach grounded in creativity, empathy, nature connection and inclusive practice. I understand that the work is not only about what we do, but how we do it — the tone, the care, the process, and the relationships that hold us.
The more diverse a group is, the more transformational the work can become. That’s why I collaborate with facilitators whose lived experiences complement and expand my own, creating spaces where many voices and perspectives are welcomed.
I love co-designing programmes and experiences that support people to connect with themselves, with each other, with the natural world, and with the mystery at the heart of being alive.

Journey
As a collaborative facilitator, I’ve designed and held spaces that have helped groups connect, explore issues, find solutions and make positive change. My work has included conferences, community gatherings, organisational development, group dynamics, mindfulness, activist training, burnout resilience and creative retreats, reconnecting people with nature, creativity and one another.
My greatest facilitation training came through eight years co-leading Catalyst, a residential leadership programme at Embercombe, S. Devon. There, I mentored young adults on journeys of purpose, values and self-discovery, helped train new facilitators and experienced the power of deep community. I’ve been shaped by learning alongside the phenomenal Kanada Gorla (Shine in Changing Times) and Johannes Moeller (Co-founder of Edventure Frome), by training in Processwork facilitation (Facilitation for Leaders CFOR and Processwork UK, 2016), and by the profound influence of Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects (Chris Johnstone and Jenny Mackewn, 2014-2015).
I have facilitated across many contexts, including Kin (the creative mentoring collective I co-founded), the Oxford Storytelling Festival, Sheffield University, Cambridge Hubs, Synchronicity Earth, and the UK World Student Environmental Network gathering of 300 participants.
Much of my practice as a facilitator is informed by my work as a coach, as well as holding spaces for marking important moments in the lives of individuals and communities. Click below to find out more.
